Creative Specialist

You turn ideas into creative that drives real results.
What You'll Do
- Design ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Edit video content for ads and social media
- Build landing page assets and graphics
- Create content for both client brands and CVG's own marketing
- Collaborate with the team on new concepts and creative direction
Who You Are
- Proficient in CapCut and Canva (or equivalent tools)
- Photoshop experience is a plus
- Mid-level experience — you've done this before and have work to show for it
- You care about whether your work actually performs, not just how it looks
- You're comfortable working independently once you have a clear brief
- Portfolio required
