What You'll Do
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to contractors
- Send cold email outreach
- Book strategy calls with interested contractors
- Follow up with prospects who don't convert on the first touch
- Track all activity in our CRM
Who You Are
- Comfortable on the phone — talking to people comes naturally to you
- You don't take rejection personally — it's part of the job and you're fine with that
- Consistent — you show up and hit your numbers every day
- Persistent — you follow up until you get a yes or a no
- Growth-minded — you're always learning, always looking for ways to improve
- Customer service background is a plus (restaurant work, retail, any client-facing role)
- No sales experience required — we'll train you
