What the assistant does

The Velocity Assistant is a text line for Contractor Velocity Group clients. When a homeowner fills out your form, we text you. You text back in plain words, and the assistant books the appointment, writes the note, or moves the job in your CRM.

It only texts you, the business owner. It never texts your customers from this number.

Messages look like this

CVG: [First name] in [City] asked what the patio would run, 2 hours ago. Want me to send her a time? Reply STOP to opt out.

CVG: Booked [First name] for Thursday at 9am and put it on your calendar. Reply HELP for help.
