The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between you and CVG. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or our services. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
